BLUE COTTAGE
The beautiful Villino Blu is located in a panoramic and peaceful position on the slopes of Pratomagno, in the heart of the Upper Arno Valley, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, and offers a spectacular view of the valley.
Nearby, the ancient Via dei Setteponti winds along a hilly and scenic route dotted with many small towns rich in history, Romanesque churches, and medieval villages. Its favorable location in the central area of Tuscany allows easy access to the main Tuscan art cities such as Florence (50 km), Siena (60 km), Arezzo (30 km), and Pisa (120 km), either by car or by train, as the railway station is only 10 km from Villino Blu.
About two kilometers away is the town of Loro Ciuffenna, where many features of this ancient medieval village have been preserved – such as the PIEVE DI SAN PIETRO A GROPINA, a Romanesque parish church from the 8th century AD – and where visitors can find typical restaurants and shops, supermarkets, bars, banks, and a pharmacy.
The dirt road leading to Villino Blu is reserved exclusively for guests and the entrance to the villa is equipped with an automatic gate.
The villa is set in a charming garden of about 1,500 square meters, bordered by hedges, flowers, and roses, and is equipped with a barbecue, lounges, a 6 x 12 meter swimming pool with a depth of 1.40 meters and side steps. Three covered garages are also available for guests.

Ground floor: Double bedroom on the ground floor with private bathroom with shower and washing machine, ideal for comfort and convenience during your stay. First floor: The corridor leads to three double bedrooms and a bedroom with a bunk bed, where it is possible to add an extra bed. There is a bathroom with a bathtub, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a panoramic view.
Garden and Pool
A private park of 1,500 m² with flowers and roses surrounds the villa, offering relaxing corners and a barbecue for convivial evenings. The panoramic swimming pool, measuring 6x12 meters and equipped with loungers and sofas, is perfect for cooling off and enjoying the Tuscan sun.
